It is important for you to choose the right size. Only your watch lug width is exact width of the band, can spring bars will fit correctly. SIZE = Band Width = Watch Lug Width

1.Use a ruler to measure the distance between the watch lugs in millimeters.
2.Check the backside of your current band to see if the width is marked, Number=Size.
3.Find the specification of your watch/model by searching online.
