No, this is a SINGLE belt (1 Piece). The product image shows both the front and back of the same belt for display purposes. Please check the title ("1 Piece") and product description for clarity.
For a 34” waist which is better the 32"-34" or the 34"-36"?

We recommend the 32"-34" for a 34" waist. The belt fits true to size, and you can easily trim it if it’s slightly long.
How long is the tail of the belt? I don't like having a long tail when I put on my belt.

Choose a belt length that suits you better, then you'll get a belt with only 6cm at the end, which visually matches better (from 10cm shorten to around 6cm).
