How to unbuckle/release the belt buckle?

The release button is located on the left side of the buckle. When wearing the belt, position the button on top so you can easily press it with your thumb. Simply press the button to release the belt.
Can I quickly loosen the belt after eating?

Yes. Simply press the release lever on the side of the buckle to loosen the belt when you need a little extra room. When you are ready to tighten it again, pull the strap to your preferred position and the buckle will lock securely in place.
